Artwork is non-refundable, except in cases of damage upon arrival, which must be reported within 2 days with supporting photos. The purchaser must contact the artist at kath@paradisehomedesign.co to obtain a return authorization. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs, and it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service. Refunds, excluding original shipping costs, will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned artwork.
