Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the artwork is in its original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. The purchaser must contact the artist at srmy.art@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs, and it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service.

Refunds, excluding original shipping costs, will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned artwork.

Custom and commissioned pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damage or defect upon arrival, which must be reported within 7 days with supporting photos.
