Artist Bio – Kath O’Connell

For over 20 years, I have been passionately creating shell artwork that brings the beauty and tranquility of the coast into your home.  My love for collecting seashells began in childhood, inspired by the natural beauty of these coastal treasures.  Each seashell, with its distinct shape, texture and story, sparked my imagination and laid the foundation for my creative journey.    This lifelong connection to our ocean’s precious gifts deeply influences my artistic expression and the handcrafted pieces I create today.

I offer one-of-a-kind creations including seashell vases, candle holders, mirrors and frames that are designed to add a breathtaking accent to any space in your home.  While pouring thoughtful intention into each work of art, the individual designs reveal a piece of my story.  Each original piece in my Coastal Creations Collections is meticulously crafted by hand and inspired by the blissful serenity and captivating allure of the ocean and its beautiful seashells, evoking a sense of calm and timeless beauty.  I hope the joy I experience in creating my artwork brings you just as much happiness.
